Returns

How do I return an item?

Please reference "Return Policy" page for detailed instructions on how to proceed.

If an item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags we'll take it back within 30 days of the item being delivered to your door for a refund. Once return is received, please allow at least 10 business days for your refund to process. Please include return slip in return package to fully verify merchandise return.

Please note the following:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Items must include the original tags
  • Merchandise must not be damaged, worn, or used

How do I request an exchange?

To issue refunds as quickly as possible, we are not offering exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.

How long before I see my refund?

Please allow at least two weeks for your return to arrive at our facility and your refund to process.

Orders

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double check your shipping address prior to placing your order, as this cannot be updated after an order is placed.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No, our system only allows for one discount code per order.

Economy: 5 to 8 business days

Standard: 3 to 4 business days

Express: 1 to 2 business days

What if my order is labeled as delivered by the shipping carrier but I haven’t yet received it?

If a package appears to be missing it is usually due to one of the following situations:

  • The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home. 
  • The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property. 
  • The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been. 

If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact customer service. We are happy to help!
